    Have you checked your spam or junk folder? Are you sure you did not make a mistake when entering your email address?

    Can I modify or cancel my order?

    Yes, as long as your order has not yet been shipped. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at info@mon-cintre.com.

    What are the delivery times?

    Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and the destination. An estimated shipping timeframe is provided at the time of order confirmation. This timeframe may be affected by public holidays in Spain (country of shipment), public holidays in the destination country, or events beyond our control (weather conditions, logistical disruptions, etc.).

    How can I track my shipment?

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from FedEx or from us containing a tracking link. If you have not received anything within 1–2 business days, please contact us at info@mon-cintre.com.

    Where can I download my invoice?

    Your invoice will be sent manually by our team a few days after your order has been shipped. If you do not receive it or if you need it urgently, please contact us at info@mon-cintre.com.

    Where can I view my order history?

    If you created an account when placing your order, simply log in to your customer account and go to the “Orders” section.

     

    ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS

    I cannot add the product of my choice to the cart.

    The product may temporarily be out of stock. If no restocking date is indicated on the product page, please contact us for further information at info@mon-cintre.com.

    Can I change the hook or clip color, add a bar, or request other modifications to the hangers?

    The hangers sold in our online store cannot be modified. The only possible customizations are:

    • Adding a logo or initials (from 20 or 50 hangers depending on the selected technique – more information on our “Personalized Hangers” page.
    • Adding silicone anti-slip strips to non-velvet hangers (upon request at info@mon-cintre.com)

    How do I calculate the number of hangers I need for my wardrobe?

    To help you, you can find at the bottom of each product page the maximum number of hangers that fit within 1 linear meter.

    Please note that the quantity varies depending on the hanger size.

    What hanger width should I choose?

    The hanger width depends on your shoulder width (shoulder to shoulder). In general, we recommend:

    • 38 cm and 42 cm for women
    • 42 cm, 43 cm, and 45 cm for men

    You can measure your garments from one shoulder to the other in order to choose the most suitable width.
